How do I enrol?
Students must complete a Registration Form and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions of their enrolment. Parental signature is required for students under the age of 18. Students will also pay these fees (per subject):

Deposit: S$100 per subject enrolled
Course Fees: Billed monthly and prorated for the number of lessons that month
The deposit will be used to offset the last 4 lessons of the year, or the last 4 lessons after the submission of the Withdrawal Form by the student.
What is the class size?
Scheduled classes will commence with a minimum of 2 students.The maximum class size is 12 students.
Is there a trial class?
Yes, there is. We normally offer PAID trials which are pro-rated according to standard monthly fees. We are however extending a limited period FREE trial lesson now on ALL subjects as part of our promotional offer.
What happens if I miss a class?
Students who miss a lesson can arrange for a make up lesson to replace their missed lesson.
Students can make up for the session they missed with another class of the same subject on a space availability basis, e.g. replace the Friday Math class with a Saturday one. Students who are unable to make up for the same subject may also choose to replace the class with another subject on a space availability basis, e.g. replace the English class they cannot attend with a Math class. All make up or replacement lessons must be completed within 4 weeks of the originally scheduled class or the option of the make-up or replacement class will be forfeited. Students are responsible for initiating arrangements for make-up or replacement lesson with O Level Master.
Are there extra classes during the school holidays?
During school holidays (March, June, September, November and December), there may be Bootcamps to help our students prepare for upcoming examinations; or Headstart programmes to prepare for the next school year. These lessons are part of the course and students are expected to participate. The fees for these extra lessons will be prorated accordingly and reflected in the fees invoiced. Students will be informed of the class schedule at least 8 weeks in advance.
Are there classes during Public Holidays?
We have classes as usual during selected Public Holidays due to imminent national exams. Students will be given 1 month advanced notice with respect to the class schedules during Public Holidays.
How can I withdraw from O Level Master?
Students must submit a written Withdrawal Form at least 4 weeks before the last lesson. The deposit they paid during enrollment will refunded during the last lesson. The deposit will be forfeited if the notice of withdrawal is not issued. Students absent for two or more weeks without informing O Level Master in advance will be considered as having withdrawn from the course and the deposit will be forfeited. To continue, the students must top up the entirety of the deposit.
How can I pay my fees?
O Level Master accepts cash, cheque or Nets QR.
Is there anything else I should know?
O Level Master takes our students’ learning experience seriously. We reserve the right to refuse to teach any student whose behaviour at our premises causes annoyance, distress or offence to others. Persistent offenders will be issued a warning letter and be dismissed from O Level Master. The balance of paid tuition fees of dismissed students will not be refunded.
